Hi all!
Who enjoys going to a spa? I love it though I really don't go all that much like I'd like to.. What services do you enjoy getting done? Do you ever find that the people working on you get nervous or uncomfortable cause you're blind?
I find that sometimes happens to me and I hope that by the time I'm done there I've changed their minds lol..
So, thoughts?
Not a spaa, per se, but I love the chiropractor! The massages and adjustments are absolutely amazing!
I've never had someone seem awkward or uncomfortable working on me because I'm blind. I've had a few instances where people weren't sure if I would need help getting undressed or not, but as soon as I was on the table, they seemed fine. After all, we don't need to be able to see to lay there and enjoy a relaxing experience. Lol. and I think most people understand that. I've even heard of some people falling asleep during a visit to the spa.

I was in a car accident and use to go to a chiropractor for therapy. I absolutely hated being adjusted but the massages? Wow. My mom and I really liked this one lady in particular. She had magical healing hands lol.
Since I work at a Spa, I would have to say I go everyday, lol. I get most of the services at least once a month, hair cut and color, facials, manicure, pedicure and waxing. I do massage and I am the only therapist there so I go elsewhere for my massages. One good thing about getting all the services is that they are all half price for me or else I could not afford them all.
